Japan's deadliest massacres since World War II and one of its deadliest fires. In a commercial building owned by Myojo Kosan Group, 44 people died. Arson is suspected but no suspect has been identified: one of the tenants was reportedly an illegal gambling parlor, which might be tied to the story.

This occurred ten days before the 9/11 attacks. The Cansolar is roughly a flip of the horizon from East Coast U.S. with the same planets dominant, though mixed a bit different because of the geometry: It is extremely deadly.

About 1:00 am, fire broke out on the third floor (19 people working on 3rd floor, 28 on 4th floor = 47: three jumped and survived). Blocked exits contributed to the deaths.
