A murder case

A private source provided the following birth data of an interesting case. Regrettably, it doesn't have birth times, but even this much information is a rare opportunity to dig into a striking event. This began as domestic violence and ended up with the woman's death.
Perpetrator (male) born March 2, 1991, hour unknown, 51N13, 1W28
Victim (female) February 14, 1989, hour unknown, 51N13, 1W28
Victim's death June 23, 2019, 05:59 AM BST, 51N13, 1W28
The perpetrator is an Aquarius-Virgo - hardly a problem by itself, though surely experiences himself as smarter than everyone around him (presuming it's he) and willing to think and act outside of convention. The Sun-Mercury conjunction square Mars stands out, and perhaps Venus-Uranus. If the birth time is in the central part of the, Moon aspects both Jupiter and Saturn (which are opposed), opposing Saturn exactly a little earlier in the day (a more typical murder aspect) and Jupiter on into the late afternoon.
At the time of the act, transiting Neptune was semi-square his Saturn, transiting Uranus squared his Jupiter, and Saturn had recently moved past his Neptune (though, if I had to guess, I'd guess that this is on his SLR angle).
His prior SLR occurred June 11 when Mars was opposite Saturn and we had the Sun-Mars-Jupiter T-square - again, I'd bet that Mars-Saturn (on his Neptune and, somewhat, his Uranus) was foreground in this chart. In any case, Mars was opposite his Neptune partile in the SLR. His prior SSR had nothing similarly outstanding (without a birth time), though an evening birth time would give an SSR Moon-Venus conjunction on natal Saturn.
