The Cosmonaut who fell to earth

Cosmonaut Vladimir Komarov was the first person to die from going into space. He literally fell to earth - his craft reentering without working parachutes or rockets to slow the fall. The store is quite graphically told many places (and pictures of his charcoal-crispy corpse readily available). Here are three links out of many available, and the ones from which I've extracted the following information for the time and place of his crash and death.
