Searching for truth

Post by James Condor »

I search very much for the raw, honest truth. I don’t know if it’s my rising moon, , Mercury, Uranus , Neptune, and something to do with Pluto, or what? I have a difficult time letting go of unsolved matters in my mind. When i interact with people I don’t know much, or at all, I am very curious. Like-are they being honest and real. Or are they playing games. Do they have intentions of these games or are they just not aware of how they come off?
People say things I and just have a feeling there’s so much more to what they’re saying. I mean, I think I’m curious to want more information and understanding. Then I get impressions. I get parts . I want more sometimes. I usually want more when it means me getting what I want. Like a friendship or partner

This is a very interesting inquiry. Normally, I would attribute your first, overview sentence above as pure Uranus - but Uranus is one of your least active planets. It could be part of Pluto's recent transit to your Sun in a "no BS" sense, but I think you're saying this has been a longer-term characteristic.

What's interesting to me is that, as I read your post sentence by sentence, I see each remark as pointing to something different in your chart, as if assembling a Lego figure.

For an overview, there is one sense in which this seems very Sagittarian. I don't usually remark about the truth-seeking side of Sagittarius, probably because it sounds too much like the Tropical Sagittarius trait that is really more Mars- or Mars-Uranus-like. But certainly Sagittarius has a traditional relationship to truth-seeking with its association with philosophy and academics. The great Sagittarian scientists (Newton, for example) have that sense of deep inquiry about them. So I think there must be something to this.

But for the other puzzle pieces, here are some thoughts.

It's not the Moon. Moon doesn't have anything to do with these particular themes. I think it does have something to do with your Mars-Pluto conjunction (with Mars foreground) because you seem to be describing blunt candor.

"I have a difficult time letting go of unsolved matters in my mind." This is your Mercury-Neptune, in the sense of being obsessive about solving puzzles.

"When i interact with people I don’t know much, or at all, I am very curious. Like-are they being honest and real. Or are they playing games. Do they have intentions of these games or are they just not aware of how they come off?" - Look into Mercury-Neptune for this, also. (Maybe some Jupiter with it, maybe Moon-Mercury etc. - but the exact words you use fit within the mental framework of Mercury-Neptune as described in the Aspects section.)

"People say things I and just have a feeling there’s so much more to what they’re saying." - Again, the "puzzle-solving" side of Mercury-Neptune? Inquiry into mystery etc.?

"I mean, I think I’m curious to want more information and understanding." I see the need for information more than the need for understanding. You are enormously curious. See Moon-Mercury, for example.

"Then I get impressions. I get parts. I want more sometimes." Yeah, you're a bit psychic, too, with that Moon-Mercury-Neptune. :)

Thanks Jim. Yes, this is much a life time description of me. I am a very blunt candor person. If I’m not, people won’t see the real me. But, the environment brings this out. With certain people it certain situations, like work. I am more focused on the task and not social.
Yes, I agree it’s a Lego figure. Many different aspect coming out at different times based on the situation.
I think it’s all situational based on reading other people while at the same time showing them a genuine part of myself. It’s like a give and take thing( besides the motivation).

My exneighbor told me that stealing is natural.
He said
It happens in nature all the time.
A squirrel buries a nut and another squirel will watch and dig it up a take it.
Nature, the natural world is filled with exapmles of lies.
A tiger has white fur on the back of its ears to decieve the world into thinking they are eyes.
Humans lie.
We cheat.
We kill
And all sorts of things that in our modern culture we deem socially and culturally morally wrong.
But its aribrary.

You seek truth because your human and you know people lie and pmay games and cheat and all that and I would think that what goes on is you are weighing the pros and cons of relating to another human being that you know deep down inside is completely capable of not being authenitc true blunt honest raw and forthright.

Many people I have known actually in a way seek out people who are seemingly honest raw authentic and morally upstanding (based on current morals) and dig and dig and push and push them so that. They can point thier finger and say....you lied...your not perfect...you wernt being authentc...you cheated. Its like they put a person on a pedalstal just to be able to knock them diwn.

Im am NOT saying you do this. But just that in my own personal quest for truth and understabding I have come to understand in myself how I as a human being have this potential with in me when I am seeking what I think is truth and reality. I worked at Goodwill because I at first thought it was a noble institute and yet when I dug through their financial records I was blown away. If I never searched for that truth to this day I would have them on my mantle. I needed to know that nothing is as it seems and everything has faults. Faults are like plate tectonics and keep our planet moving and shifting and changing inti new wonders.

I have to admit that Jim hit the nail on the head with the his analysis. Yes, we all search for truth but I am more candid, open, frank about it. Many people are afraid to ask strangers personal questions. I’m not. It’s not like I judge them after and don’t except it. I basically sense how experienced the person is
