Oct 21, 1994, 7:40 AM, Seoul, South Korea (37N32'15", 127E02'06")
A suspension structure failed due to improper welding, causing the bridge to collapse. 32 died, 17 injured.

The collapse came about the time Mars rounded the Zenith with a just-past Full Moon applying tidal pressures near the horizon. However, Venus and Jupiter were the two most angular planets.
