A roof caved in the Katowice International Fair (and a second collapse 90 minutes later). Of about 700 people in the building, 65 died, and 170 were injured. Those responsible for the building were charged with failing to remove heavy snowfall from the roof or repairing earlier roof damage. Investigators also found design and construction flaws in the building.
The cave-in occurred exactly as Neptune set, though it was a mostly positively aspected Neptune, exactly square Jupiter. It occurred two weeks after the Capsolar and a couple of hours after the Caplunar but both were dormant. - There are a couple of good charts - the key solar and lunar ingress - but the daily stuff is worthless.
