Coming out the other side of Saturn-Sun

As most of you know, a couple of years ago I had a fortunate cascade of bad events that probably saved (lengthened) my life. An over-the-counter medication blew my blood pressure way too high which led to my being referred to a cardiologist who, after stabilizing the blood pressure, put his attention on a potentially more serious problem: My heart was only pumping out 25% of the blood in its "exit chamber," which was way too little. Untreated, this would have worsened gradually and become very serious.
We turned that around in about 6 months, a combination of a smart medication regimen and, I suspect, the fact that Marion and I started eating keto about the same time. (Diet didn't hurt!) I've had checkups every six months since then (along with self-monitoring my blood pressure). Checkups have been good.
Ah, but not as good as this week! I think it was more of a psychological difference than a practical difference. On my routine 6-month checkup, the doctor looked at my numbers, checked a couple of things, asked a couple of questions, and said, "Well, I've got nothing for you this time. This is great. You're doing great. Keep doing it."
This was one day after Saturn's last pass square to my Sun.
Saturn first entered a 1° orb of square my Sun February 15 this year. It will last leave a 1° orb December 5. Its exact hits were February 25, July 6, and November 25. One always wants to note the last exact hit, because, most of the time, it's all over at that point besides (as one might say) doing the dishes.
Earlier than this exact aspect, I had a Solar Return with my Sun on MC, Saturn rising in mundane square plus an angular Pluto in ecliptical square. I circumvented that SSR by having it in Milwaukee instead of Los Angeles.
With the recent heart history, I had some concern about the Saturn-Sun transit and was careful to keep on the prescribed regimen. (Seems to have been a good idea.) I'm not out of the health wilderness yet until we get past the Saturn-Pluto conjunction right on top of my Mars but, with a clean history on my heart, blood-pressure well-maintained, and a recent colonoscopy, we've covered the most important health risk areas.
Astrology has certainly been a useful tool in navigating this.
