My brother was born May 19 1981 in Harvey Illinois at 6:20a. Lives in Valparaiso Indiana
Will members please interpret his chart?
Will he find love? Get married ? Have a family? Will he have health problems.? What might his future hold?

As a start (I only have a couple of minutes at the moment), a strong, repeated theme is VENUS-MARS. Not only is he a Taurus- Scorpio, but his two most obviously angular planets (at first glance) are Venus and Mars.

This isn't the whole angular story, though. He has half his planets foreground, though some clearly stronger than others. Here's a breakdown of angularity for anyone who wants to dive in and may not have the calculation means:

Mercury on Asc -2°55'
Mars sq. MC -0°57'
----------------------------------
Moon on Dsc +1°44'
Venus on Asc +2°05'
Uranus on Dsc +8°38'
Sun on Asc +8°40'

Notice that these highlight important mundane aspects, Sun opposite Uranus 0°02' and Moon opposite Venus 0°21'. The latter doesn't exist ecliptically (and is another strong Venus vote) and the former is closer mundanely than ecliptically (where it is already partile). Additionally, the mundoscope exposes important midpoints to angles:=. (I've italicized those that involve a non-foreground planet.)

Mercury/Venus 0°25'
Moon/Mercury 0°35'
Neptune/Pluto 0°43'
Sun/Neptune 0°56'
Uranus/Neptune 0°57'

I didn’t know Any planet (his Mars sq AC) can square an angle. I thought for it to be angular doesn’t it have to be on (conjunct/opposite) an angle?

The squares to Ascendant and MC are actually other angles themselves. "Square MC" is a shorthand - easier for most people to understand. The point in question for his Mars is the place where the horizon, prime vertical, and celestial equator all converge on the eastern edge of the horizon. The celestial longitude of this position is always exactly square MC.

Curious to know....
Did your brother ask you to look at his chart?
Or are you wanting someone here to cut and paste out Jims allready published info on the aspects?
Or do you want someone to try and divine some character and possible life situations?

You seem to have a very good understanding of astrology and I dont understand why you wouldnt take this on yourself...as he is your brother and you know him best....you know his life story and circumstances and fine details that help smooth out a reading.

My siblings have asked me to look at thier charts from time to time. And I have. As best I know how. Which means sometimes I say things that I know they need to hear even if I dont exactly see something in the chart.

Your brother is a double Hub with many intense angular planets and aspects. I suspect he has like most with that type of chart had an intense and powerful life in someway and intense usually means very challenging sutuations or circumstances.

Im always curious what a persons motive is in trying to get a reading for someone else... As astrology as I see it is a reflection of personal psychological unfoldings....that trying to get into someones head...is not just a whim or a challenge or a trick.

You said before that you were closest to your brother so it would seem to me that you should be able to look up all the meanings and such and then write up a report on wether based on your personal understanding he fits the traditional meanings or maybe he is outside the box and your insight could further clarify and give details for the greater prosoerity of astrology.
Or not.

I can read fine so copy and paste anything on the forum is of no use. I still don’t know every insight into my brothers chart. Maybe a new perspective can show me more.
Steve asked people to read a chart a couple weeks ago and Danica replied. And many new people ask for their chart read.

Most new people simply get a cut and paste description of their charts and/or links to the relevant posts (ie Sun in X, Moon in X, Planet A aspect Planet B). People who get information on "life events" generally come here to ask specific questions, such as "I have my placement tests in a couple months, am I going to do well and get the school I want?"

The original questions you asked ("Will he find love? Get married ? Have a family? Will he have health problems.? What might his future hold?") would take erecting maybe 90 years of solar returns, progressions and transit charts, and hours of interpretation and tapping it all in here. That's a lot of work at any time, and it's the winter holiday season. Eleven days till Christmas.

Is your brother even still living where he was born? I vaguely remember you saying the whole family moved to where you are now some time ago.

James, I know are capable of using astro.com to come up with a list of major transits and progressions to your brother's chart for the next century. Use that list to pick out years that look like there might be something important going on and do the solar returns for those years.

When you have your interpretations written up, post them here and ask if anyone sees anything you missed.

Sorry I haven't been attentive to this - I'm leaving it for others to respond. Besides a busy month at work, I've been creating and giving the return chart class, adding over 100 new events to a top-to-bottom rewritten SMA book (we're almost, but not quite, at 500 events for the new version), and get next month's mundane forecast done before I vanish for a destination-not-yet-determined vacation for a couple of weeks somewhere the other side of the Rockies. (We have a "growing short list" lol.)

Though my current SSR is enormously interesting and even playfully nice - with lots of change and rearrangement - I'm just now moving into a few weeks which are the most threatening of the year. With Pluto exactly transiting SSR MC where I live (not a big deal by itself), Saturn will transit exactly conjunct SSR MC and Pluto (minutes apart) for where the chart set up. I can't do anything about the latter, but I can keep the two from happening at the same time by not being in California for a while. We have to get at least as far as Denver to avoid a whole bunch of Mars, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto overlaps in Marion's and my lunar returns, and we do both have Venus lines going near Denver - but we've ruled that out and will go further east most likely. (I'll still be coming back to a couple of months of burdensome, strenuous transits like the Saturn-Pluto conjunction occurring right on my Mars.)

Anyway (sorry for the digression, this was as good a place to explain my inattentiveness to some things), I won't have the week or two that it would take to answer the question as it was asked.

These notes on your brother’s Sidereal Natal Horoscope are provided for your reference and study. They are not a full interpretation of his birth chart; rather, they are building blocks from which a full interpretation can be built. Each factor below contributes to his character. They naturally will repeat or have contradictions because we all have contradictions.

The paragraphs are brief. I have sought to pack in everything essential, to use a few words to imply much more. Not every phrase will apply. Some will be more important than others; but the gist of each section should clearly reflect truth about your brother.

Looking at his natal chart....

I see a man who people love, who has things that he loves to do...obsessively and passionately. Probable mood swings that erupt seemingly out of no where, super sensitive. I dont see what you might say as health problems with his organs. Or bones ect but an accutely powerful mind that can at times be overwhelming. Will he find love? He all ready has things and people that he loves passionately. Will he have a family? He allready has one that loves him to the ends of the earth. He doesnt strike me as the type that needs to get married nor have children. His future as I might say is bright, he lives in a country founded on freedom and liberty for all and does not discriminate based on how/what you are born and allows all to go after there Bliss.
As long as he has the ongoing love and support of his family.

Thats what his chart feels to me.

You love him and watch out for him and try to keep him safe and happy.

But Im not a very good astrologer I just trust what my gut says. Just my thoughts.

Something I've noticed with Sun opposing Moon people - unless it's pointed out to them, they don't notice other people also have opinions and ideas. Even if they're not narcissistic, they're very much inner focused, and will simply steamroller over any one else, or appear to listen, but then steamroller over anyone else. The only facts they accept are the ones they agree with.

While they give the impression of being happy and outgoing, these people don't get along well with people who "stand up to them" and they view sex as all about them, ignoring their partner's desire or pleasure. They want what they want, and if someone else benefits, hey don't say they never gave you anything.

Life partners are expected to be desirable to others, smart, successful, and willing to alter plans, life decisions and walk a step behind.

Just my experience.

My father is a Sag/Gemini and he also matches, along with my brother, what a Jupe said about opinions. My dad acts as though his opinion is a fact but isn’t upset so much when you contradict him unless it’s politics. My brother doesn’t express opinions exactly like my dad but he does every now and then have a strong opinion. Like he will say- blah blah blah is the best band or wide receiver or whatever. My brother reacts more angry then my dad when you contradict his opinion and about any subject really. Neither of them have Sun opposite moon partile. I don’t know about the sun-moon being like that. It’s possible.

I did say I was closer to my older brother than anyone else but that was mostly when we were young. After high school we weren’t as close. There were times he was just straight up mean to me. Calling me names. Beating me up. Making fun of me. And there were times he was kind.
Okay so some things that stand out to me being consistent with him is he is funny, doing voices, quoting movies, charming, creative with making up his own words, slogans. He created his own words a couple of times in grade school, and the entire school pretty much adopted them. Well allot of them.
