Simultaneous harsh SLR and lovely KLR

I've always wondered how strongly to weigh the SLR and KLR against each other. The next 2 weeks or so will provide an unusually good opportunity to test this. (I say 2 weeks, because the demi-SLR coming up has much in common with the KLR and it'll be harder to distinguish them.)

Dec 20th SLR:
t. Pluto on IC +0º14’
r. Mercury on Nadir 0º18’
——t. Pluto 0 r. Mercury 2º30’ (PVL)
t. Saturn on Nadir 0º58’

r. Moon on Asc +5º22’
r. Saturn on IC +7º56’
t. Venus on IC -8º17’

This one has been brutal already. Feeling quite existentially disconnected, deeply introspective, and perceiving others to be kind of harsh towards me - that's at least half-projection, but still.
Turning 30 has brought a lot of self-analysis similar to "what am I doing with the time given to me," contemplation of my mortality, and making me feel like a major turning point has been reached, and there's no going back. I expected such a manifestation.

Dec 22nd KLR:
p. Venus on EP 0º21’ (sq MC)
p. Jupiter on Dsc -0º20’
t. Jupiter on Asc -0º36’
——t. Jupiter 180 p. Jupiter 0º56’ (PVL)
r. Uranus on Asc +1º44’
——t. Jupiter 0 r. Uranus 2º20’ (PVL)
p. Mercury on Asc -2º31’
r. Jupiter on Dsc +2º35’
t. Sun on Asc +2º41’
——t. Sun 0 r. Uranus 1º03’ (PVL)
——t. Jupiter 0 t. Sun 3º17’ (PVL)
….
r. Neptune on Asc -5º36’
t. Uranus on IC -7º51’
——t. Uranus 90 r. Neptune 2º15’ (PVL)

Triple Jupiter close to angles, capturing a Jupiter transit to my natal Jupiter-Uranus opposition. I even get progressed Venus square MC. This looks wonderful for work (which is good timing, as I'm being switched to a high-profile project on another team), but also looks like I'm feeling great about myself.

I'm not sure what to bet on, honestly. My initial hypothesis is that, as I integrate the SLR, the KLR will start to shine through and contribute more to my emotional experience - especially given how powerful that Jupiter transit will likely be.

My Demi-SLR begins tomorrow night, and is dominated by a transit by Jupiter to natal Jupiter-Uranus, all on angles, with natal Moon/Saturn/Neptune more widely foreground - very similar to the KLR. I expect to not be able to discern between them after today.

For the past 2 weeks, the SLR has easily dominated the KLR; I would say subjectively that it was easily 5 times the strength of the KLR, maybe even stronger than that. The period was mostly characterized by a profound inner isolation, and generally feeling quite dark, as I noted in the initial post.

However, the KLR Venus did make its contribution. It was a strangle blend of "being invited out a lot but still feeling disconnected there." The Jupiter transit to Uranus (including its presence in the KLR) has been somewhat understated; work has been going well (and I work in tech, for those who don't know), but nothing flashy has transpired.

Honestly, if I had ignored the KLR, I would've wondered a bit about the soft but consistent Venus presence, but otherwise wouldn't have missed much.
