REPORT Timing Events - Two Methods

I have just finished a new report. I'm pretty excited about it. I don't want to overstate the importance (and certainly not give it any sense of finality), but it does feel that we are closer than ever to having a streamlined means of identifying exactly how to zoom in on a mundane event.

Here is what the new report provides: For each sample event, it shows how to identify
-- ONE solar ingress,
-- ONE lunar ingress, and
-- ONE daily timing technique
to describe that event. Out of 152 events, there were 133 events where the identified solar ingress, identified lunar ingress, and identified daily technique ALL had something decisive to say - right or wrong. Of these 133 target events, 95% of the time all three charts accurately described the event in a satisfactory or very satisfactory way.

That's pretty good, I think.
