Real vs unreal

I have quite a few aspects in my chart that express a tendency for ideals and idealizing as well as aspects expressing traits that are labeled unreal.

I had an expierence the other morning that helped me understand what unreal/disillusionment/ideal can represent in a persons life.

In my chart my neptune is conjunct my moon and jupiter and square my sun so that lends me towards exotic fantasy and unreal expressions and events.

Thursday morning at 6:45am it was 18degrees, dark and snowing. I geared up for the long cold drive and drove to work. About a mile from my home I had a huge dump truck pull out in front of me. All most crashed. I had to drive behind the truck all the way to work. The spray from the truck obsured my windows. The salt coated my windows and my wipers couldnt keep up. On top of sludging through un plowed snow covered roads, slipping behind this truck, i also had the unusual event of a bizarre onslaught of on coming traffic whoes headlights glared tbrough the water/snow/salt and caused moment after moment of compete lack of visibility. It was unreal. The combining factors of snow fall, salt spray and headlights all the while driving a huge heavy car on back roads behind an even huger dump truck was like a perfect storm determined to deter my normally still, solo and peaceful commute.

I tend to think of astrological aspects as these big huge feelings and events and traits but this brief 45 minute drive opened my eyes to the subtle yet very real ways things manifest and how when we say unreal or ideal or illusion it doesnt mean Im finding a fairy hill in the woods or a pot of gold.
