My 2020 SSR

After a year full of hard lessons, failures, and generally feeling unwell, I’m hoping next year will at least be slightly better, I don’t even care if things are bad, just as long as they aren’t as bad as they’ve been. The main factors as far as I’ve seen are Jupiter-Pluto conjunct the IC, Saturn somewhat angular, and a partile Venus-Neptune square in the background. I’m very concerned about the Venus-Neptune as I think anymore heartbreak will cause structural failure in my body and that my bones will simply collapse, or, if I don’t implode, that they wouldn’t find anything left of me except tears if this happened, that I’d dissipate into vapor and rain. Can this upcoming year be decent with what I’ve got?

Let's do a full breakdown and see what you've got to work with locally.
t Saturn on IC -9°19'
r Uranus on IC -8°17'
t Jupiter on IC -4°20'
r Neptune on IC -3°07'
t Pluto on IC -2°25'
-----------------------
r Venus on Dsc +7°55'
-- t Pluto conj. r Neptune 0°42' in mundo
-- t Saturn sq. r Uranus 1°02'
in mundo
-- t Jupiter conj. r Neptune 1°06'
-- t Jupiter-Pluto conj. 1°55'
in mundo
-- t Jupiter conj. r Uranus 3°49'
-- r Uranus-Neptune conj. 4°56'
-- t Jupiter-Saturn conj. 4°59' in mundo
t Moon sq. r Pluto 2°51'
t Moon sq. r Mercury 3°07'
t Moon-Mars op. 4°51'
Other Partile
t Venus-Neptune sq. 0°42'
If we strip out the widest factors in each category, we get a simplified statement that lets us narrow in a bit more on the main themes. In addition to the partile, very background Venus-Neptune conjunction, we get the following:
t Jupiter on IC -4°20'
r Neptune on IC -3°07'
t Pluto on IC -2°25'
-- t Pluto conj. r Neptune 0°42' in mundo
-- t Saturn sq. r Uranus 1°02'
in mundo
-- t Jupiter conj. r Neptune 1°06'
-- t Jupiter-Pluto conj. 1°55'
in mundo
t Moon sq. r Pluto 2°51'
(+Mercury)
To answer your basic question: Transiting Jupiter is foreground and no "hard" malefics are foreground - just natal Neptune, which is in near-partile conjunction with the Jupiter. This means that, on balance, it will be a good year.
Will there be separations etc.? Probably, with Moon-Pluto square and transiting Pluto being the most angular planet. You may not recognize yourself or how you think and filter the world a year from now. Nonetheless, on balance, it will be a good year.
Your closest aspect is Pluto (the most angular planet) in partile conjunction with natal Neptune. That, and the emphasis on your natal Mercury-Pluto opposition (especially about three months after your birthday) will make for an interesting year reframing your routine psychological patterns.

If you want to amplify this quality, go somewhere for your birthday on the same longitude as St. George, Utah. Jupiter is exactly on IC about 0°12' east of St. George and all points due north-south of there, i.e., barely east of the western border of Utah. Or, Jupiter squares Asc on a curve from a bit west of Tucson northeast across SE Utah (probably near Moab) and the NW corner of Colorado (harder to navigate than Arizona or Utah) and on through Wyoming and Montana.
Avoid SE Colorado.
Vegas is interesting, but not as solidly benefic as being exactly on your Jupiter line. Pluto is 0°36' on one side of IC, Jupiter 1°18' on the other side, their midpoint 0°21' from the angle. If you're into gambling, it does seem to show beating the odds to your benefit (but, ahem, I'm not promising that
. Your Neptune is also exactly on IC, so anything can happen.).

Thank you Mr. E this is the absolute best news I’ve had all year. I’m ok with separations since nothing can match the one I’m going through right now, this all sounds like such sweet news. I’m excited. Although t. Pluto to r. Neptune sounds like a total upheaval

I’ve arranged to go to Utah with my mom for my birthday weekend, but do we know if there is really a difference made when relocating an SSR?

You're welcome.
Transiting Pluto to natal Neptune may be "a total upheaval," but only psychologically. It's a total upheaval in the way you frame reality to maintain your sense of sanity and ability to organize your world - not an upheaval in physical things (except as this may occur consequent to your actions while restructuring your psychological framework).

Where are you going in Utah? Here are the differences:
25°35' Virgo - Burbank SSR Asc
28°55' Virgo - St. George SSR Asc
27°43' Gemini - Burbank SSR MC
29°58' Sagittarius - s Pluto
0°52' Capricorn - r Neptune
1°58' Capricorn - s Jupiter
2°12' Cancer - St. George SSR MC
5°48' Capricorn - r Uranus
6°52' Capricorn - s Saturn

I’m going to Springdale, specifically to Zion National park, I don’t think that’s too far from st. George

Right, Zion is just up the road (less than an hour away). Your SSR for Springdale has MC 2°45' Cancer (Jupiter 0°46' from IC) and Asc 29°23' Virgo (Pluto 0°35' from square).
Beautiful place BTW. If you have access to my Facebook page, click Photos and look at the "2016 October Utah" album.

But wait Mr. E, this also brings Saturn much closer! Wouldn’t this put a damper on things as opposed to it being at 9° in la?

And I’m so happy you went there I’ve been there too, I will check out your photos straight away

I wouldn't say
much closer. It's closer. You're going to have some "secondary Saturn" anyway. Jupiter is still partile, Saturn isn't even "class 1" (it's over 4°). I'd like to get Jupiter as close to 0°00' as possible, to totally overwhelm everything else, which is why I though St. George was a little better place to be at 6:44 PM May 1, with Jupiter 0°12' from the angle, but 0°46' is damn good. - The bigger difference that
does matter is that Pluto is even a tiny bit closer. (I don't know what your schedule is. If you're arriving in the area that night, have dinner at the St. George Cracker Barrel then drive on up to Springdale
)

Ok Mr. E, my plans are all set, I will have dinner in St. George at 6pm before heading up to Springdale. I read the interp for Jupiter-Pluto and I’m excited about it and interested to see how it manifests after I get it so angular
