Jim,
Should Solunar Returns cast for one locale be recast if the Native moves to
a new locale during the same year (SSR) or same month (SLR)?
Fagan suggested that if the Native moves to a new locale during these same Solunar cycles that
they should keep the the original locale charts?
thanks,

The return for the place the native is located at the moment of the return is the return that "imprints on the native's cells" or whatever theory of action you subscribe to. If the native then moves (or travels) the new angles overlay, but don't over-ride, the angles of the original chart.

Yes. In my experience, Lunar Returns
adapt quicky - both their original location and your current location are more or less equally responsive, and new locations are "picked up" quite fast. OTOH in my experience, Solar Returns are much more resistant to relocation. The place they setup is very strongly persistent, even though going somewhere else, but they do pick up "overlay" of the new location, much like a relocated natal. Transits to angles of both are valid, but those of the original location are much stronger.
For example, I recently had a Solar Return year where I spent my birthday in Milwaukee where two Jupiters and two Uranuses were on an angle, then came home to Saturn and Pluto on an angle. It was overall a splendid year, very much Jupiter in flavor, except for a few months at the end when I also had Saturn on SLR angles - money problems began. But the year as a whole was quite majestically Jupiter despite the rather horrid LA angles.
SLRs, though, shift very quickly. If I have an SLR in LA, a week later go to NYC, both charts probably will describe my experiences in NY.

Several years ago I had a demi-lunar return in San Diego with the Malefics angular,
and among other delays and frustrations, missed my flight back to Kauai where I was
living at the time. Back in Kauai during this same demi-lunar my car was totaled in an accident that caused all kinds of setbacks. Relocated demi-lunar to Kauai (Benfefics Angular) however were of no help!
