February 20, 2020, 4:30 PM, centered on Wall Street in NYC (charts below are for DC)

Following an unprecedented eleven-year galloping bull market, world stock markets began sharp drops in February 2020 due to oil price wars between Saudi Arabia and Russia combined with the emerging worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic that was quickly scaling down or shutting many industries. Interconnected markets around the world began to weaken and slide.

All major U.S. markets peaked with record highs between February 12-19. However, the next day all markets began their drop, which deepened before opening bell on the 21st. (Graphs of market prices look like a sled reached the top of a hill February 20 and then pushed off in a deep, thrilling slide down the slope.) On Monday morning, February 24, the Dow opened nearly 1,000 points down. Total market losses exceeded 20% (a technical market correction) and continued.

The one other day that might be considered astrologically significant is March 9, when the Dow fell almost 8%, the steepest percentage drop since 2008, earning that date a new "Black Monday" nickname. Drops on the 12th became the fourth worst loss ever, exceeded only by the 1929 and 1987 crashes. You may want to examine, on your own, charts for opening bell March 9 cast for New York instead of Washington: It is easy to tell from the daily charts that this is when the crisis really hit Wall Street.

Chart below track this market crash for Washington, DC.

Of course, we should look at this for Wall Street, also (though I think the strongest effect is a few weeks later).Notice that the Capsolar is dramatically better and is more of a technical matter. However, the Caplunar immediately picks up that something serious is occurring!

The charts (after the adequate but boring Capsolar) turn out to be quite good! The new Caplunar nails the time, and then daily factors show the usual Mars elements for when Wall Street is in an ulcer-earning hyperdrive from high volume mixed with a sense of emergency - very typical.

The NYSE just finished its worst Quarter in its entire history being obviously oversold. I think the market may stall its descent with a consolidated rally in prices with some nice Jupiter transits to the 2020 DC Capsolar.

It opened by 4% today.

My monthly forecast, for the Canlunar this week, included: "Since transiting Jupiter begins to cross Capsolar MC before this week is over, there is a definite sense of "coming out the other side" or a collective ordeal."

Earlier in the forecast, under the Bridge, I wrote, "Jupiter conjoins Capsolar MC from 4/7 onward. Jupiter in the Capsolar and Uranus in the Cansolar share enthusiasm for progressive social change, passion for expanded opportunities, technology breakthroughs, and no small chance of spring flooding." Market rises sound solid, too, and people might actually spend recklessly for the next few days while Mars and Uranus aspect Cansolar Moon together overlapping Jupiter on Capsolar MC.

Yes, things are definitely start to feel more optimistic with the position of t. Jupiter approaching partile 0 to DCs Capsolar MC. The Country needs some good vibes.
