My solar arc Uranus is conjunct my natal moon.

Does this influence the lunar returns?
Do solar arc aspects to natal moon imply that the lunar returns for that time have more significance or bearing in the overall lifespan then other times?

No, a lunar return is one chart combined with your natal chart--lasting only app 27 days (Always use Jim's teaching guidelines with Lunar Return analysis). Whereas, your d Uranus = r Moon is a much longer cycle with app a 2 year manifestations potential for manifesting Moon-Uranus symbolism. Lunar Returns are transit charts for app 1 month; Solar Arcs are basically a type of progression directing the entire Natal Chart with all its factors app 1 degree of Arc for 1 year of life. As these directed Solar Arc Natal Factors move in life, you compare em back to your static Natal Chart looking primarily for partile 0,90,180 aspects to your Natal Chart. Allowing 1 degree of orb for approaching to exact conjunction and 1 year of orb from separating from exact conjunction = 2 years while the Solar Arc is partile conjunct a Natal Factor. As a general guideline: With an accurate timed birth chart--expect manifestations with Solar Arc cycles to manifest more likely with its partile 1 degree orb approaching exactness.

Noel Tyl says Solar Arc cycles are usually fired-off with important outer planet transits to the natal chart or with 0,90,180 partile aspects of secondary progressed Natal Moon to Natal factors or progressed natal factors.

Noel Tyl offers from his book Solar Arc with d Uranus = r Moon:
Intensification of self; impulsivity to fulfill individual needs.
An analysis of your Natal Moon with its aspects is important to consider with d Uranus = r Moon. Always wishing you the best V with your life. :)
