Without dwelling too much on the details, or interpreting the chart for you I want to suggest (today, on his birthday) that all of you cast and examine King George's nativity for the whole course of his life - following along with the well-framed biographical notes in his Wikipedia article:

Note that he is a Taurus who, nonetheless, had Mars at MC in Pisces; that Uranus and Pluto are the two closest planets to his angles (with Mars third); and the important quadruple conjunction in Gemini that says so much. These will get you off to a great start.
Then consider his SSR a month before the Declaration of Independence was written and released (and other dates as you see fit). It's a good journey.
