Do Solunar Angles need to be recalculated for a different locale where
significant events occur? Looking to do solar/return SQ's/PSSR for the

The quotidians you want to do should be for exactly where the person is at the time you want to check.

Solar and lunar returns are more complicated. Most of it is simple: Like a natal chart, the angles are always valid for where they set up and then relocate during the year or month as one moves. I don't have a solid "It's this way or that" on which is better, but generally I've found that Solar Returns are more resistant to relocation - the usually respond to transits and give their general effect for wherever they set up but sometimes show a milder expression at a new location. Lunar Returns OTOH, like Moon herself, seem more adaptable: They seem to work equally where they set up and where one travels during their term.

I believe Biden's SSR set up in or near Atlanta, GA and Trump's in the White House.

But the SQ and PSSR should be for where one is on the occasion.
