I have prepared an Excel spreadsheet tracking all USA Capsolar close angularities and lunar aspects from 1775 to 2020. You can download a copy here:
https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=5 ... ile%2cxlsx

Angularities tracked include conjunctions with horizon or meridian in PV longitude within 3°, squares to Asc & MC in longitude within 2°, and contacts with EP/WP in right ascensions within 2°. (I've actually given it 10' more in orb so that "across town" doesn't rule out an angular contact.)

Lunar aspects are conjunctions, oppositions, and squares to Capsolar Moon within 3° either ecliptically or mundanely.

Additionally, here is a Solar Fire chart file with all the Capsolars & Cansolars calculated (for the correct capital of the time).

Surprisingly, distribution of angularity and lunar aspects is nowhere near even. Some interesting preferences and other patterns emerge that may give some insight into our country's history.

Here is the frequency of lunar aspects for that 256-year period (1775-2030). These are all pretty even except for the high frequency of Moon-Pluto aspects.

Here are the number of times each planet is angular. Again, notice the extremely high Pluto frequency.

After reading this editorial:

I have to wonder whether a non-astrologer has provided the key to understanding this placement. It has already been proposed by Firebrace and Fagan that Pluto is a prime significator of war, after their studies on World War II. I suggest this viewpoint gives us a window into interpreting the angular Pluto's at Washington. Not the only one, but an important one.
