Jim, I was curious if you have ever done any work with Andrew Johnson’s C rated Natal Chart?:

12/29/1808; 12:34 AM; Raleigh, NC

I noted a couple of interesting factors with this speculative C rated timed birth:
Johnson like Trump was born with Mars rising and just like Trump created a world of anger between him and his DC opponents. Also, I noted with Johnson’s acquittal with his Senate trial April 1868 he had some major once in a lifetime partile Solar Arc hits with his angles:

No, I've barely looked at the chart - mostly to catalog it and probably some minor looking.

The basis of the 12:34 AM time usually given was Doris Chase Doane's Horoscopes of the U.S. Presidents with no source given. A biography says he was "born at night, after the ball," so - presuming this meant that his mother left the ball and went into labor - a time in the hour after midnight isn't unreasonable. It's just that we can substantiate it.

Even if he didn't have the rising Mars, he had a close Sun-Mars square. His term began the minute Lincoln died, which was April 15, 1865, 7:22 AM LMT, Washington, DC with Pluto partile square MC - that chart we know for sure! Oh (I just looked), Pluto is also 0°14' from Ascendant at that time! The terrible chart of Lincoln's death was also highly toxic to Johnson (as his Administration chart) since his term of office was poisoned by a partile Mars-Neptune square exactly aspecting Johnson's Sun!

For this same occasion of Lincoln's death and Johnson's elevation to the presidency, Johnson's SSR was harsh - Mars on IC opposite natal Saturn at MC (and two angular Venuses which I think blended with the Mars to show he was emotional - and natal Moon-Venus-Saturn showing his president's death). His SLR seems quite fitting: Natal Jupiter-Pluto conjunction on MC (a few degrees off - was the time a little earlier than this?) with an angular Mars and Neptune. The Demi-SLR only a day before the shooting has a Jupiter-Uranus opposition across the horizon - a serious mark of sudden eminence and title, sudden elevation. Suddenly, this chart is looking pretty good! (And you can bet Doris Doane didn't use Sidereal Lunar Returns to rectify the chart!)

Stunningly, for Lincoln's death, this chart for Johnson has SNQ Midheaven conjunct Jupiter! (It's about a degree past, suggesting maybe a slightly earlier time.) His SQ had several interesting planets near the angles but not quite close enough, so probably it wasn't a chart for that exact event. His PSSR (mean) brought the transiting Mars-Neptune square (to Johnson's natal Sun) exactly to the angles!

So, for this one event of Lincoln's death and Johnson's consequent ascent to the presidency, the chart looks pretty good!
