Limbaugh's natal chart is an easy read in most respects, although it has some features that will surprise some people.
His Sagittarius Sun will surprise few, either for the scope of his impact or the right-wing intensity of his leanings. Also unsurprising is that Mars was his most angular planet (EP-l), bringing all the fire and aggressive force of, say, a Donald Trump to his presence - a power to make a great noise being one of the chief features of strongly martial people. And that Mars (in the exact degree of its exaltation) is closely opposite Pluto.
It's more surprising that his Moon was in Aquarius. It's a mistake to think of Aquarius as innately liberal. I think to fully understand this, you have to remember how much impact Limbaugh, i.e., the world was completely different when he started. (He changed the world.) Having his kind of conservative voice so vastly spread shows him as an intellectual and practical rebel, a new cultural wave. He also had an instinct for the interconnectedness of all things, even though that wasn't a feature of his social vision. (But, in Aquarian fashion, he definitely had a vivid social vision!) He was definitely smart and, I'm sure, saw himself as a reformer.
While Mars was his strongest angular planet, Venus was his second most angular (Class 2). Those who knew him personally attested to him being a great guy to be around (at the personal level), and he certainly never lacked popularity on the air. Sun (square Neptune, octile Jupiter) was his final foreground planet, a pattern for an entertainer who knew what people wanted and how to give it to them.
One can go aspect by aspect and see the chart unfold. It's a great study chart.
There was, though, also a hard cruelty about him. Mars closely angular expresses much of this, of course. However, something that brings it out more fiercely might be missed at a first look: It's a 10°-multiple aspect between that Mars at 28°05' Capricorn and stationary Saturn at 8°18' Virgo: This 140° aspect becomes a close opposition in the Novien.
A few details seem to be added by fixed stars (though I'm still unclear that these are real influences, but I keep looking). He was born at the setting of Pollux (0°20' from Dsc in PV), which is a scrapper - another expression of the Mars idea - and with the Northern Scale, Zuben Elschemali, on his MC (0°55' in PV), a Jupiter-like star suggesting success.

Jim I'm 21 and I have listened to him! Your not wrong he wasn't and won't ever be what people typically make of conservatism, however it's important to say (as someone who is related to both lincoln and west african people's) that rush embodied a Lincoln idea of republican that still exists today (it's a shock to see it main stream though!).

I respect that this is your opinion. In contrast, I think Lincoln would have been appalled and morally assaulted by him. His essence was divisive; Lincoln's essence was uniting and preserving union.

I meant on the terms of power from behind (lincoln used torture heavily, amongst other underhanded methods- the whole Idea of the underground railroad matches the ideology behind these methods as well (sly isn't always evil)..

Phooey. Lincoln never tortured anybody ever. Yes, the time he lived in, torture was used in military intelligence, and also in civilian policing. Duh. Judging people of that time by our standards is childish and ignorant. The recent fad of "exposing Lincoln as a not-nice man" is just a money-making ploy using people who aren't as educated as people were 50 years ago.
Of course there are people, including some recently in power in DC, who claim to hold to the standards of 150 years ago, but they aren't normal.

Indirectly he's a cousin and family related (on notes etc ). Would have me believe otherwise, he wasn't afraid at very minimum all to roll up his sleeves and play in the grime and grind to win. Even the emancipation was done with careful planning and timing (don't tell me you think old honest Abe didn't have any dark underbelly)

He was a politician. He wasn't as bad as some, and was worse than others. But he wasn't a "bad" man in the way his VP was. You have to remember, the president, despite Trump's delusions, isn't all powerful. He has to compromise and broker deals. No, he wasn't as pure of heart as we teach school children, but trying to judge by current standards is naive and thoughtless.

Limbaugh's angular Mars calculated a direct midpoint of Mars/Pluto = MC 0,56; Ebertin for this combination:
Unusual capabilities of advancement in life, self-confidence, ambition.
Again, we see where Mars/Pluto brings extraordinary advancements in life. Tom Brady has Mars/Pluto =Sun.
