Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani was born May 28, 1944, 2:30 PM, Brooklyn, NY according to his mother's memory (A data). On April 28, 2021, about 6 AM in midtown Manhattan, federal investigators served search warrants on his home and office, seizing electronic devices among other items as part of their investigation into his alleged illegal lobbying for a foreign power (Ukraine) during 2020.

As the news reported, and as astrology supports, this was a very big deal in Mr. Giuliani's life.

Let's start with TRANSITS. An astrologer could tell this would be a bad day week with Saturn square his Mercury 0°54'. More vaguely, Neptune octiled his Pluto 0°30' (supported by Sun). Transiting Mars had cleared his Midheaven, but the best measurement of the emotional impact was Mars' square to natal Neptune (0°23'), one of the most emotionally eviscerating transits we all experience four times every 18 months.

His SOLAR RETURN from May 2020 had the same Mars-Neptune symbolism in a different form: Transiting Mars is 0°11' above Asc, Neptune 3° below. Only Zenith on Nadir softens the blow. (Moon is also foreground.)

Just as his SSR has Mars exactly rising, his LUNAR RETURNB of April 22 had transiting Mars 3°37' above Dsc within 1°01' of conjunct natal Saturn. This is clearly a malignant SLR.

His SECONDARY PROGRESSIONS have two extraordinarily positive indications, progressed Sun conjunct natal Jupiter (0°23') and progressed Venus-Jupiter conjoined 0°03'. This still may result in patronage and luck serving him. However, for this particular day, SNQ Zenith crossed natal Pluto.

More obviously severe is his SOLAR QUOTIDIAN with Asc 6°54' Capricorn precisely conjunct SSR Saturn at 6°39' Capricorn. PSSR (mean rate) MC at 18° Capricorn exactly conjoined transiting Saturn.

It was a bad day for Rudy Giuliani.

Rudy's ENNEAD occurred April 17. The most angular planet is Neptune less than 2° from Nadir. Mars is within 7° of Descendant (conjunct natal Saturn). Moon squares natal Neptune - so all three malefics are highlighted, including two Neptunes.

The Decilium occurred approximately the minute the rate began and is marked by Sun-Uranus conjoined on Ascendant - Uranus 0°12' from Asc in mundane conjunction with Eris, Mercury, and Venus. It has a positive bent with a Moon-Jupiter square, making it the only positive-leaning chart =- but clearly showing a surprise.

Last night (May 17) at his 80th birthday party in Palm Beach, FL, Rudy Giuliani was served with a criminal summons for charges being brought by the state of Arizona. His birthday isn't for another week and a half, so it's an interesting time to compare his old and upcoming solar returns.

Giuliani's fall from stardom aspect in his natal chart is a Saturn-Neptune square on his angles. This aspect has been emphasized a lot recently, and will probably be emphasized more in the near future. I don't know where he spent his 2023 birthday, but Moon's aspects are the same everywhere. (I've actually tightened the Moon aspect below by throwing in mundane positions for Palm Beach. He might indeed have been at Mar-a-Lago last year.)

So Moon has been conjunct his Neptune 2°16' everywhere, and square his Saturn 0°49' mundanely in Palm Beach.

How about the new solar? This will occur not long after midnight on May 29 and this year it doubles up. He's living in Palm Beach these days so he'll probably be there for his actual birthday (I'm not sure if he's Trump's permanent guest). Take a look at this: The four foreground planets are natal Saturn-Neptune and transiting Saturn-Neptune - in aspect! Here is a mix of ecliptical and mundane information. He does have SSR Moon opposite his natal Moon-Jupiter conjunction. I'm not sure that's enough, though, to overcome double Saturn-Neptune.

It seems to me that players in big gov and big business stay in the game with help from their associates but the very nature of big business implies taking advantage of relationships, which in the long run leaves you without many associates left who can help you when you need.

For me, this is a reminder to not do unlawful things, to not act from anger and fear, dont make messes, or lie and cheat to get things I feel I need but to try to be as honest, kind, helpful, courageous and considerate of others, because I truly dont know what he did in Arizona but they are seemingly very angry with him and they wouldnt have been able to serve those papers if they had no cause.

Today, Giuliani was disbarred for his participation in the 2020 election interference.

Interestingly, his progressed Sun EXACTLY conjoined his Moon today - 0°00' - but his Moon is not badly aspect so this is strange. The general timing, though, is clear with trasiting Neptune crossing his natal Descendant barely within 1° today, broadly activating his natal Saturn-Neptune square on angles.
