Solar Fire time zone updates

Astrolabe has released an update for Solar Fire 9 and for the ACS Atlas that provides time zone information. I suggest you get all updates relevant to your version. Additionally, the accompanying article gives some interesting history on the American Atlas (which dates to the time that I worked at ACS and had a desk next to Tom Shanks).
