Cyril Fagan quoted Rupert Gleadow's unearthing of the the birth data of the great 1st Century astrologer Manetho, who lived in Egypt and came after Manilius and before Ptolemy.

The name Manetho is usually translated "Truth of Thoth." Don't confuse him with the 3rd Century BC historian of the same name. He was born May 28, 80 AD, 11:30 AM LAT, in Heliopolis.

Wonder of wonders (or, as Fagan liked to say, mirabile dictu), he was born under an exactly rising Moon in Aquarius, with Saturn not far below Ascendant and (more importantly) 0°15' from EP. Stationary Pluto exactly squared MC. Sun was well-aspected in Gemini, and a Gemini stellium that surely was pleasing to Thoth, the Egyptian Mercury.

FWIW, the exactly rising Moon rose with Alpheratz, the Venus-like Alpha star of Andromeda, with the Galactic Center on MC ad Rigel on IC - quite a stellar display.
