I don't know how much Roe stood out as an event worthy of study by itself. The decision came down during my senior year of high school, I was attentive to news magazines and papers of the day, and I barely have any memory suggesting I knew of it (or more than passingly heard about it). The decision came down the same day that Lyndon Johnson died, and LBJ took a stronger place in the news cycle that night, but Roe does seem to have led the news hours (and was the second major story on all major city newspapers I could find for the next day). I should expose the decision to our SMA tools and see how it showed.
The Roe v. Wade 7-2 Supreme Court decision was handed down January 22, 1973. Such readings begin when the court convenes at 10:00 AM. I've searched extensively for information on the exact timing (there's much interest in the topic all of a sudden, given the Mississippi abortion law that is targeting the dismantling of Roe), but I can't find anything. I don't know the order of business before the court that morning. From somewhere I have a time of 10:20 AM (and a colleague said 10:23 worked best when he compared the chart to other key decisions modifying it), so - especially since the exact time doesn't matter all that much for our purposes - I'll use 10:20 AM EST at the Supreme Court building, 38N53'26", 77W00'17".
The charts are good! I find two things most interesting: First, the charts broadly resemble those for other high court grants of liberty such as gay marriage decisions (while, if anything, being stronger on the issue of women per se). Second, all the charts seem to be about this event, not the deaths of former President Johnson on the same day or former President Truman a little before.
Year: Capsolar (Silent.)
Interestingly, the new Capsolar has almost exactly the same angles as the decision, especially if the reading was a little after 10:40. The chart is interesting for a partile Venus-Pluto conjunction with Venus foreground, but not close enough to the angle to break dormancy or give the ingress voice.

(To my happy surprise, the Libsolar looks remarkably like the main charts for the overturning of prohibitions of same-sex marriage over 30 years later! - That's in terms of angularity. Some foreground aspects are much more severe.)

(Moon aspects fit, angularities are way off. They cancel; but the angularities probably reflect how part of the country felt about the decision. I can't give it any more points than 0 because, if I endorse the angularity view that this was a major malefic event, then the Moon aspects show badly. It's a draw.)
