Gein, Edward. August 27, 1906, 11:30 PM CST, North La Crosse, WI (AA).
Weld, Tuesday. August 27, 1943, 1:34 AM, New York, NY (AA).
Johnson, Pres. Lyndon B. August 27, 1908, 5:44 AM CST, Stonewall, TX (Johnson family farm at 30N14'31", 98W36'37") (A).
Regarding Pres. Johnson's time: His mother gave "sunrise" and her diary listed "daybreak." Several possible definitions of these terms exist. Cyril Fagan rectified the time to 5:44 AM; I agree with the time. (Visible sunrise was 6:08 AM.) The data warrants an A rating because the time "daybreak" is recorded; it's just a matter of understanding what the recorded time means.
BONUS CHART:
Raye, Martha. August 27, 1916, 11:55 PM MST, Butte, MT (B).

Child model and actress Tuesday Weld's chart is a tightly recorded time of 1:34 AM (from her birth certificate), as given here. This, though, is a rare case of my thinking that so precise a time is a little late: I think she was born about five minutes earlier. For the given birth time, she has Moon at 0°02' Cancer and a chart that is fairly pleasant, with nothing particularly pathological about it.
And yet, she had a horrible, stress-driven childhood - supporting her family as a model from age three, enormous professional stress, a nervous breakdown at 9, alcoholism by 10, suicide attempt by 12, etc. Were she born no later than 1:29 she would have had a Gemini Moon - which coincides with nearly every positive and negative feature of her childhood (except, perhaps, that Cancer Moon would have fit the instinctive model a bit more). The earlier her birth, also, the closer Saturn is to Ascendant and the farther Venus is from it. In the highly unlikely chance that she was born as early as 1:11, Saturn would be within 3° of Ascendant, Venus no longer foreground, and her partile Mercury-Neptune conjunction exactly on Nadir. (Oh, and Uranus square MC to boot.) Were I manufacturing a birth chart for her, it would be 1:11 AM.
But her birth certificate gives 1:34, so that - or something very close to it - is probably when she was really born. I just thought it worth taking a minute to break down that for this horrible childhood has a not-so-horrible chart. (I do still think she was born at least five minutes earlier - not a stretch - to put Moon back in Gemini. But I faithfully give the birth here as recorded on the birth certificate.)

Speaking of gruesome... our other "featured player" for this birthday is Edward Gein. If you don't know his story, decide how much you want to read after I mention that Hannibal Lector was modelled after him. (He had special fondness of graveyards and corpses and, of course, in turning people into corpses.)
If Leo dominance weren't enough, he's one of the most wicked examples of a Scorpio Moon, close to horizon and opposite a rising Pluto.
An obscure old point - it may be legitimate astrology (or perhaps not): Gein had Sun in the 4th house. Ancient astrologers openly associated the 4th house with... graveyards.
This is a great example of a chart that expressed through the native's pathology. Given other formative conditions (a different context), this chart could have come out quite differently.
