Romanov, Olga (Grand Duchess). November 15, 1895, 9:00 PM LMT, Pushkin, Russia (AA).
Heirens, William. November 15, 1928, 8:30 PM CST, Evanston, IL (AA).
Heirens, of course, was the Jekyl-and-Hyde "Lipstick Murderer" discussed in Bradley's S&LR. Olga was the heir to the Russian throne, eldest child of Nicholas and Alexandra, who was murdered with the rest of her family (and has a ferociously violent chart also marked with the insignia of royalty - including Jupiter rising exactly in its exaltation degree). She has six planets in Libra including both luminaries.
BONUS CHART:
Richardson, Gov. Bill. November 15, 1947, 11:35 AM PST, Pasadena, CA (AA).

Re: Nov 15: Grand Duchess Olga & William Heirens
Heirens' chart has several interesting features, including his Sagittarius Moon and his rising Pluto. Also, mundanely we find a close Sun-Neptune square that isn't evident in the ecliptical horoscope.
The chart is not particularly violent, though it is troubled enough that, combined with the difficult upbringing and possible physical damage, could easily cause problems. If problems exist, we'd expect them to develop consistent with the Sagittarius Moon which, in fact, they did. The Libra Sun didn't help his social adaptation (and the fact that the mark by which he is remembered is writing on the walls in lipstick is a hoot considering the Libra Sun!).
The Moon-Jupiter-Neptune (with Moon in Sagittarius) does reflect either violence or his psychosis, but does vividly describe the deep religious element that starkly conflicted with his sexual pressures.
While these factors are all descriptive, there's no single, clear "smoking gun" for the magnitude of his pathology. There are small clues - the Pluto rising which is a mark of multiple personality disorder, the mundane Sun-Neptune square unique to his birthtime, and the angular Moon-Uranus square, which Ebertin found characteristic of schizophrenia. (You can add a Moon-Eris square, but Moon-Uranus is much closer and more angular.)
