Aaron Kosiminski is the most likely candidate for having been Jack the Ripper, since his DNA has been matched to traces found at the time - the chart is an interesting fit, especially for someone who thereafter was institutionalized much of his life. The mundoscope is even more interesting - it raises the chart to an entirely different level.

The little-known Jessica Mitford is a fascinating character that I'll let you read about before tackling her chart.

Other aspects to consider:

The partile Uranus-Pluto stands out to me, in a chart with Uranus angular, and together with Neptune, this long-term, "generational" aspect becomes focalized - and in the specific manner that puts Uranus with Neptune.

The Gemini Moon aspected as it is, and the Leo Sun, give ideas of both playful and parentally-protective/nurturing.
