Sep 22: Emperor Augustus & Joan Jett

Augustus (Emperor). September 22, 63 BC, 5:51 AM LAT, Rome, Italy (B).
Jett, Joan. September 22, 1958, 4:00 PM EDT, Wynnewood, PA (A).
Augustus' time is given as "a little before sunrise." The time above is for sunrise and we don't know how much "before" he might have been born. (I thought I'd written an analysis of this here somewhere, but I can't find it.) There is ambiguity of the day - this date or one day later - because of a change in the Roman calendar, but Augustus adoption of the Capricornian goat as his royal ensign seems to clarify his Moon-sign (the most common designation) without serious doubt.
