Something you might not catch: Henriette Bosmans, born exactly at sunrise (with Sun in partile mundane opposition to Neptune exactly on Descendant) was born with Sun and Ascendant conjunct the rising fixed stars Antares and Altair. - Her Jupiter and Saturn are both in the exact degrees of their exaltation plus Venus and Mars in their own signs.

Speck's precisely rising Neptune is obviously a basic key to his chart (within which his Scorpio-Gemini luminaries operate. Neptune is in close Grand Trine with Venus and Uranus - and at their midpoint - which must be basic to his character, though you can't ignore the close Sun opposite Jupiter (both aspecting Mars). - This is a good example of when a Uranus-Neptune trine at birth has obviously become a loud, fundamental aspect in the personality. He was, of course, born one day before Pearl Harbor was born.
