This Queen Mary was the wife of James II, most interesting for nearly all of her children dying in infancy (probably her husbands fault) and the way political intrigue spun around her. Buono was the infamous "Hillside Strangler" when living in Glendale, CA.

Pres. Arthur's time was given as "sunup" by his aunt. For the birthplace, I calculate visual sunrise at 6:02:32 AM. Astro.com forces ecliptical Sun-Ascendant conjunction to produce a slightly later time, but that's not a relevant-seeming moment. I've adjusted this to 6:03 for the first whole minute that Sun was visibly above the horizon.
