An example of why Demi-solars don't impress me

With a brief discussion elsewhere on the forum today, the subject came back to mind that I'm very impressed with Demi-Lunars but think Demi-Solars worthless. I thought, with a few months of hindsight, I'd look at my own current Demi to see if it wanted to argue with me.

My current Demi-Solar is really a bad chart IMO.

I spent a year from March 2020 through March 2021 working from home, happy doing so, comfortable in my setup, spending the day with my wife and with my cat at my side most of the day and crawling over me during Zoom calls sometimes. In brief, it was comfortable, happy, homey, etc. Then, the first week of April 2021 my team came back into the office full time and hasn't changed from that yet.

And yet, on April 6 I had a Demi-SSR with a Sun-Venus conjunction on Descendant. It's exactly the opposite of the new trend. It would have been more descriptive of the year prior, not the six months that began that very week.

The prior year - Demi-SSR 4/6/2020 - had Sun at MC and Mars-Saturn straddling Descendant. Again, quite the opposite of the basic conditions.
