NOTE: Milton's Dec 9 birthday is sometimes given as NS (Gregorian), but it was OS (Julian) according to Astro.com. (England didn't adopt the NS calendar until 1752. While I historically liked his Scorpio Sun for his radical temperament and tour guide of Hell, I have no trouble seeing Paradise Lost as a Sagittarian work - and his life marked by Uranus exactly setting. - Notice that both Mercury and Neptune are stationary.

FWIW, I suspect Stacey Abrams was born at least a few seconds before 4:44 PM. While she shows her Scorpio-Taurus luminaries well, and while Asc is a minor factor, she doesn't have the basic character and appearance marks of her 0°01' Gemini Asc. (She was born only a few days after Gemini-rising Tyra Banks.)
