Eiffel, Gustave. Dec 15, 1832, 8:00 PM LMT, Dijon, France (AA).
Getty, J. Paul. Dec 15, 1892, 8:43 AM LMT, Minneapolis, MN (B).
Taymor, Julie. Dec 15, 1952, 10:06 AM EST, Boston, MA (AA).
Brazile, Donna. Dec 15, 1959, 8:53 AM CST, New Orleans, LA (B).

Getty's chart shows many things about him, including his legendary cheapness: one of his only two angular planets is Saturn on Zenith. (Its mundane aspects are notable.) The time of 8:43 is usually given, but this seems to be in response to a biographical note that by 9:00 AM his father knew that the birth was completed.

BONUS:
Nero, Emperor. Dec 15, 37 OS, 7:25 AM LMT, Anzio, Italy (B).

Nero's birth is reported as "just as the sun rose," which I have calculated to be 7:25 AM. It could, of course, have been seen a few minutes later depending on local topography. Despite the record of history for this time, charts for his disgrace and consequent suicide are unconvincing.
