It's hard to ignore Morgan's Sun being the degree of the 2nd cusp, except that his Aries Sun says, alone, nearly as much. I would not have expected Jupiter-Neptune to be his premier Jupiter aspect: However, his wealth peers in my collection with that aspect include Cecil Rhodes, J. Paul Getty, Liliane Bettencourt, Queen Elizabeth II, and (at a much lesser wealth level) Hugh Hefner and a few kings. There seems a conspicuousness about any Jupiter-Neptune wealth.

He has the usual mix of dignities for one of such power and standing. Sun, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn are exalted and Uranus rising in its own sign, against Mars in its fall.
