HOW TO Post TMSA Charts

Post by mikestar13 »

A member PM'ed me this morning and mentioned this, so I figured it give some instruction for anyone who might be curious to how it's done.
  1. Show the chart in TMSA. This is simply a Notepad document.
  2. To post the whole chart, click Select all in Notepad, then click Copy.
  3. If you wish to post only selected portions as Jim often does, select only the portion you want.
  4. On the forum, be sure you are using the full editor, you can't do it in Quick Reply.
  5. Move your cursor to the position you want to place the chart, then click the </> button.
  6. Paste the chart between the [code} and [/code] tags. This will preserve proper spacing, but simply pasting text won't.
BTW, to post tags such as [code] above literally, copy the zero-width space from https://unicode-table.com/en/200B/ and paste it immediately after the opening bracket.
