Starting with my caveat that there is no reliable evidence this astrological approach works, here is what you requested:

This one is terribly interesting just as an event chart, since its Ascendant is only 0°01' from your natal Ascendant (meaning also that your Jupiter was setting when you got this tip). As a first impression, at the very least it indicates a very strong connection to you personally triggering your lucky Jupiter.
Looking at the chart for this time on its own, today is a complicated Jupiter day since Mars exactly squares Jupiter in space (0°13' at the time of this tip). This is complicated because it's usually taken as adverse for money matters, though mostly this is because it is enthusiastic, risk-taking, uncautious, eager to leap into spending or investing - it's entrepreneurial and bold, winning (when it wins) because it wasn't afraid to make a move. Today is also the day of an exact Mercury-Neptune square, which is not good for financial decisions. At the very least, in any business matters today (or, actually, any matters at all), one needs to be sure of one's sources, of their honesty, and of the accuracy of the information. Before we get to this specific chart, today is frankly a day to watch out for criminal activity. Add to this: Moon at Midheaven is exactly square Mars
in mundo, so there is an emotional need to make abrupt moves. (Add Uranus on EP. The whole chart screams an inner need to leap first and think later, which usually isn't the best strategy.)
Focusing more on horary thinking, rising Aries is consistent with the question (financial matters, the roller-coaster of business). Moon is in Capricorn on Midheaven, in the 10th house, putting focus on matters that are extremely public and exposed. All the financial, property, and gambling-risking houses are empty, with nothing to say at all, one way or the other (neither a good sign nor a bad sign; I'd take it to mean that finance, property, and gambling-risking aren't the main point of the question, as if it has another meaning to you,
e.g., an intellectual intrigue or a relationship that needs nurturing).
Separating aspects, suggesting the recent past, don't show a lot of reliability. Those aside, the single most important signal is that Moon's next aspect is a conjunction with Saturn in Capricorn, applying by 4°. I have to read this as a bad sign that will come to fruition in four units of time - timing depends on what is appropriate to the circumstances, either in four days, four weeks, or four months.
With that in place, and reading back everything I wrote above as preamble, I have to say this will lead to a loss, probably due to secret matters that have not yet been disclosed. (Moon's next aspect will be a ripening square to Uranus in 12H [secrets], 2 units of time later than the Moon-Saturn matures).

Starting with the general remarks on the day - the need for care etc. from the day's partile aspects - I nonetheless say that this is a much better chart. (I haven't decided yet a final ruling, but first impression is excellent.)
Transiting Jupiter shines at Midheaven. It's close to square your natal Jupiter, but natal Jupiter is past the orb of its own angularity. This would seem an unconditionally good chart were it not for the condition of the exact Mars-Jupiter square. So: First impression is quite good, and Mars-Jupiter
probably speaks to enthusiasm and willingness to risk, but Mars-Jupiter
might mean it costs you. Let's go on...
My next caution involves Taurus rising. It has seemed to me that, in broad astrological symbolism, the rising sign at the time of a question needs to match the tone and nature of the question to show an alignment with emerging energies. Aries rising for Tip #1 was quite fitting for business, finance, and the roller-coaster of investment. Taurus rising (Tropical mistakes aside) has nothing to do with these topics. With the information you've given me, I can't validate that this horary chart is valid to read. However, if you see a clear Taurus correspondence to the matter (
e.g., the company has a clear connection to Venus, Moon, cattle, or something else you easily relate to Taurus), you can validate that the chart likely is clicked into the question.
While Mars-Jupiter is active in both charts, this one is Jupiter at the top, Mars secondary, while the other was Moon-Mars with an angular Moon-Saturn, and the Jupiter secondary or tertiary. This is the better chance, and it has a bit of luck with it.
In fact, the strongest aspect is the
0°46' Sun-Jupiter mundane square (instead of the other chart's Moon-Mars mundane square). Mercury is also involved with Sun-Jupiter. These are prosperous aspects with good business underpinnings.
We still have Moon applying to conjoin Saturn - it's closer now, 3° wide, so would ripen in three units of time. This maturing aspect still warrants caution. But the closer aspect, coming to fruition much sooner, is the Sun-Jupiter.
I can confidently say (1) the entire day warrants caution and (2) this second tip came at a clearly more auspicious time than the first tip. There is risk involved, but the margins are better. If you are looking for a slam-dunk, this isn't it; but if you're looking for a risk worth taking, I can give it a qualified endorsement.
