Help in natal chart interpretation.

Greeting folks,
According to my mother I was born 7 September, 1996, 07:15 AM, Skellefteå, Sweden.
I was just recently.. converted, lets say, from tropical and am curious about certain aspects of my chart, if there is any substance to the grand cardinal cross between Mercury, Moon, Saturn and Jupiter.
Another thing I would like to know is what weight or significance Neptune and Mars might have. Traditional astrology doesn't like the condition of my Mars at all, it being in Cancer (fall) and also being an out of sect malefic.
Besides that I would grateful to recieve a delineation of all planets and aspects in my chart.
Thank you in advance!
/ Jacob

Jacob, welcome to Solunars.
I'll prepare some notes on your chart shortly but, first, I'll tackle some of your specific questions a bit.

These aren't your strongest aspects but, yes, you have aspects between most of these planets. Some exceptions: Moon-Saturn is probably too weird to be a noteworthy aspect given how many closer, stronger aspects you have. Moo-Mercury is far too wide to consider.
Perhaps more important is that there's nothing special about "a grand cardinal cross." (I say this because I'm guessing you read something in the form of "if you have this kind of cross, then the following is true." If so, I'd say it's probably not true.)
Much more important is your Venus-Mars conjunction opposite Uranus. Your Mercury-Saturn opposition across the horizon is the strongest part of the planets you asked about.
Another thing I would like to know is what weight or significance Neptune and Mars might have. Traditional astrology doesn't like the condition of my Mars at all, it being in Cancer (fall) and also being an out of sect malefic.
They are neither the strongest nor weakest of your planets. They have no unusual strength or weakness by relation to the angles. (We call these "middleground," neither highly emphasized by angularity nor suppressed by cadency.) Yes, your Mars is in its fall which, in theory, is a non-ideal place for it. I don't see detriments as making a planet "bad" but as setting strong polarities in motion, in this case Mars operating in a non-martial area: Sometimes these are problems and sometimes they set off some of the most creative, interesting dynamics in people. That aside, the closest aspects of your Mars are to benefic planets, so overall I'd say your Mars is pretty good. (You'll see some particulars in the notes I'll prepare.)
I don't know what "out of sect malefic" means.
Besides that I would grateful to recieve a delineation of all planets and aspects in my chart.
Coming up soon

These notes on your Sidereal Natal Horoscope are provided for your reference and study. They are not a full interpretation of your birth chart; rather, they are building blocks from which a full interpretation can be built.
Each factor listed below contributes to your character. These paragraphs commonly repeat or contradict each other. (We all have contradictions.) Though it does not take an astrologer to fuse these factors into a balanced picture of you and your life, it does require knowledge of human behavior and the ways that people support and sabotage themselves. Knowing yourself is a life-long undertaking. I encourage you to read through these notes, feeling your way through the interweaving ideas and reflecting on what you know of yourself.
The paragraphs are brief. I have sought to pack in everything essential, to use a few words to imply much more. Not every phrase will apply, of course. Some will be more important than others; but the gist of each section should clearly reflect truth about you. When you have spent time with this and have new questions, ask. – Character is destiny. Who you are determines the life that is yours to unfold. “Know thyself” is the key.
ANGULAR PLANETS & FOREGROUND ASPECTS
Saturn on Descendant (4°00')
Needs to be self-reliant, self-sufficient, autonomous, independent. Works hard, industrious. Survival instinct is strong and drives much of the behavior. Hardship likely (especially in youth); struggle for security; life’s demands seem severe. Cautious, emotionally reserved, self-protective, conscientious, methodical, austere (may shut others out emotionally). Beware self-restriction arising from fear.
Mercury Ascendant (6°40')
Alert, attentive, curious, observant, strategic, analytic. Mentally sharp, hard to fool. Youthful animation, keenness. Easily bored without mental stimulation. Knack for handling business (entrepreneurial). Good at detailed work. Nervous (anxiety? worry? touchy?). Little emotional affect, hard to read. Curiosity drives sexual choices.
Mercury opposite Saturn (2°25')
Organizes and formats information in orderly arrangements. (Often blazingly quick thinkers once the framework is established.) Methodical, logical, routinized thinking processes. Skeptical, scrutinizing (distrustful). Obstinate in the absence of new evidence. Hesitant until oriented, then decisive, e.g., learning starts slowly, then catches up quickly. Gifted with considerable mental power, but easily discouraged (doubting). Treats life seriously. Needs to learn how to play.
SUN in LEO
Competitive, strong, proud, authority, command. Quiet dignity, nobility, elegance. Seeks to control own myth or legend. Distinctive personal style. Holds forth (or holds court!), can “own the stage.” Natural hub of attention. Loyal, generous, nurtures talent, improves lives. Sexually lusty, playful. Hates weakness, hypocrisy. Realistic, pragmatic idealist.
Sun sextile Moon (3°00')
Energetic, vital, involved. Naturally rises toward leadership, comfortable with power (possible self-exaltation). Intense desire in whatever they undertake. Sexual desires strong, narcissistic.
MOON in GEMINI
Curious, mentally quick, talkative (charming, engaging). Needs attention, approval, inclusion. Stability from companionship (does better paired). Playful, loves games. Versatile, needs diversity, restless. Interests shift, varied, multiple, driven by passions. Sensitive (intuitive, psychic), cagey, touchy, withdraws, hides.
Moon opposite Jupiter (4°02')
Ambitious, desires success, aspires to take the lead. A natural ‘host,’ likes to play ringmaster in all life areas including in social and sexual hospitality. Usually good-humored, entertaining, kind, generous. Drawn to quality, desires only the best (things and circumstances) for self and loved ones. Strong beliefs (often religious or patriotic intensity, moralistic, judgmental). Social elitism (possible feigned superiority, aristocratic conceit).
MERCURY in VIRGO
Curious, observant, methodical, analytical. Quiet, almost soft-spoken, good-natured (maybe too passive). Communication is right to the point (journalist). Logical, strategic: Wants the facts before deciding, considers all sides.
Mercury trine Uranus (1°58')
Independent thinker. Curious and investigative. Mind unfettered by formality solves problems and integrates data more intuitively. Rejects linearity; lacks rigor. Diverse interests, often unusual. Speech is engaging, usually has something interesting to say. Challenges convention or authority, speaks despite consequences (stubborn, pedantic). Gently rebellious, socially odd.
Mercury sextile Pluto (2°29')
Thinking is individual, unusual, outlier. Probing, thinks deeply about things. Mind may ride the edge of normalcy: excitable, impatient (irritable, easily frustrated, stubborn, challenging). Instinct for abstractions.
Mercury sextile Venus (3°02')
Gracious charmer, persuasive, sweet talker. Light-hearted, pleasant. Pleasure in learning. Retains
a playful, childlike sense, a charm of immaturity.
Mercury sextile Mars (4°41')
Wit, edgy humor. Mind is quick, creative, strategic, opinionated. Independent thinker, enjoys arguments, critical, nervous. Vulnerable to addiction.
Mercury square Jupiter (4°48')
Loves ideas and learning. Comfortable with words. Well-formed speech infers a good education. Good-tempered, kind; may seem shallow. Optimistic thinking. Good business potential (from luck more than skill?). Always looking for the next opportunity or break.
VENUS in CANCER
Abundant feeling (heart rules head). Generous with affection, warm, nurturing (touching, holding). Needs to BE or HAVE a mother in relationships. Charming due to sexual charisma; requires adoration; loyal and devoted to friends. Home is an important sanctuary (appreciates luxury).
Venus opposite Uranus (0°08')
Pleasure drives are free of social convention or taboo, allowing enjoyment from a wide variety of social and sexual experiences. They approach friendship, love, sex, and other pleasure on their own terms, with a deep instinct for flexibility and freedom from artificial constraint. Socially popular, friendly, engaging, and well-liked, in response to their lightly flirtatious, genial, roguish style. (Their social “character” often masks underlying innocence and vulnerability.) Often requires distance from intimacy or depersonalizes affection, which can strain conventional pairings. Usually optimistic for society’s future with a deep instinct toward a less Puritanical, more open social fabric.
Venus conjunct Mars (1°39')
Passion (in all senses), feels powerfully about things. Strong sexual passions mature early, continue late, rarely encumbered by too many conditions. Broadly fun-loving, socially active, loves romance: interesting, likable, sociable, horny people. Relationships, often picked for ferocity, easily hit conflict, strain, or burnout.
Venus trine Pluto (0°33')
Gentle, kindly soul, emotionally intense. Instinctively rejects others’ conventions on love, sex, art. Wants penetrating, intimate, pure connections. May withdraw from people if repeatedly rebuked. Sexual development may come late.
MARS in CANCER
Inner strength (prodigious imagination and fantasy) usually holds private demons at bay; but clings to old wounds (angry, acting out, selfish, retaliatory from old mistreatment). Breeds confidence, makes things happen. Loyal, speaks truth to power; but wants a chance to lead. Magnetic (passionate following?). Wants adoration sexually (otherwise, is business-like in sex).
Mars opposite Uranus (2°43')
Uncompromisingly individualist (but rarely ungraciously so). Bold, often stand out as highly distinctive characters in their circles. Rebel, challenges prevailing thinking, brutally honest. Always into something new, often offbeat. Takes risks psychologically (sometimes physically). Industrious, resourceful, shows initiative. Mentally quick, not necessarily intellectual; knack for astute assessment of situations, analytical, mechanical instincts. Sexually uninhibited, enthusiastic (lifestyle may challenge social standards; actions may challenge the world to try to stop them). Trusts own instincts more than outside advice.
Mars opposite Neptune (2°44' mundo)
Zealous enthusiasm for interests and convictions (obsessive, concentrated). Inflamed imagination and emotion, thrives amidst stirred passion and high drama. Often great stamina for long-term vision (admits mistakes slowly). Surges into temptation, requires quick gratification of desires (usually gets it). Enormous psychic power fascinates and moves minds and reality (often seeks uncompromising control, may have delusions of infallibility). Dramatic aggressions (frustration triggers unresolved anger). Sexually magnetic (yet wrestles with sexual demons and doubts). [High dopamine levels and dopamine-driven behavior best summarize this aspect.]
Mars trine Pluto (2°12')
Normally congenial, mannered, even docile; yet enormous hidden explosive force (disciplined and available; untapped; or toxic and brutal). This must be expressed somehow (suppressing it attracts violence or assaults health). Resists control or coercion, defies arbitrary restrictions. Sexual energies explosive or rerouted into work (beware burn-out). In a balanced life: distinctive creativity, alive with a quiet, intense energy.
OUTER PLANET ASPECTS
Jupiter square Saturn (2°24')
Practical, sensible (especially with finances). Responsible, conscientious, determined. Courageous, effective survivors; rarely halted by adversity. Patient hard work (earning one’s place, success through industry) brings the most reliable rewards. Balances gain vs. loss: what can be won from losing, what it costs to win (cf. politics, finance; making lemonade from lemons). Attuned to legacy, heritage, tradition. Cornerstones of their families or circles. Orthodoxies draw their strong allegiance or opposition (the most creative become baselines of new orthodoxies).
Uranus conjunct Neptune (5°47')
Wanderlust, curious explorer, drawn to peer past horizons. Mythic, ritualistic sense of one’s position in the universal scheme. Knows that life and reality are weirder than anyone ever said. High-strung, sensitive.
