Two bad knees with severe pain/inflamation

I have a good friend (74) who is in off-on severe pain with two bad knees. He has to take shots for severe inflammation in order to be able to walk or drive. His current SSR set up Jan 8 2022:

He is schedule to have a knee replacement this May 2022, with his other knee replaced 3 months later. May 2022 Solar Arc (d)irections:
