Transits to SSR planets

Hi all. Do we observe all transits to SSR planets or only those relating to the themes present in our SSR?

I've watched day-to-day transits to my natal and SSR for almost 50 years. Transits to the SSR - even to the very slow planets that everyone (more or less) shares - are quite important.

I think they are not quite as important as transits to the natal, but perhaps 80%. They also don't have one specific quality: Transits to natals are part of a years-long (sometimes decades-long) cycles, e.g., Saturn transits to Sun, angles, or Saturn (for example) are part of a 30-year rhythm. The SSR doesn't last long enough for this kind of effect to show.

Tomorrow is the exact day transiting Neptune returns to precisely conjoin my SSR Neptune. This is an operative transit. Friday was the exact day of Jupiter square my SSR Venus, and Marion and I were gathering things for our weekend road trip (first time we'd gotten up the coast in months).

Okay, thank you Jim. I've been observing all of them but wasn't sure if I was wasting my time. My Neptune conjunction is on the 22nd!

Fagan's position was that, of course we don't watch transits to SSR outer planets because everyone has them about the same time.

I noticed that, hey, everybody has them about the same time! - And that's important by itself.
