Striking chart when we examine planetary angularly (mundo & eclipto) for time & place of event.

Jim wrote from a previous post:
OVERVIEW OF VEHICLE EXPLOSIONS & COLLISIONS.
A token appearance of Mercury on an angle is sufficient to engage this transportation theme. However, each time this happened in the sample charts, Mercury shared angularity honors with another, harsher descriptive planet such as Saturn or Uranus. Most often, though, Mercury was prominent and engaged in close aspects with Mars, Saturn, Uranus, or Pluto.
Note the mundo conjunction of Mercury and Mars:
Me 14 minutes from Decendant.
Mars 1 degree 22 minutes from Decendant.

Also note the eclipto midpoint of Mercury/Mars=Pluto= Ascendant.

Good analysis.

I saw this news come in. It looked like a minor event in the scope of things, so I didn't dig in. But even in more minor newsworthy events, this stuff works! <g>

My "formulary" workup...

Neither the Capsolar nor Cansolar shows it well (nor the Caplunar). In fact, the Cansolar looks like a party (and with Venus transiting the Cansolar Ascendant today, it looks like the party is today!).

The main chart appears to be the fortnight chart, the Canlunar. Sun (0°47') and Mercury (1°53') on the IC, stationary Saturn setting (3°47'). Mundane square Mercury-Saturn 1°54', Sun-Saturn 3°00'.
