Floods are hard to lock to a place. Deadly floods from severe storms began July 27 (a state of emergency was declared July 29) affecting eastern and central Kentucky and most of West Virginia. As of this morning, 15 people have died and enormous damage has occurred, including whole houses floating away. I'm going to try running this for Lexington, the capital, using July 28 0:00 as the working time.
