Illinois' deadliest natural disaster was the Chicago Heat Wave of 1995.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1995_Chicago_heat_wave

July 12-16, 1995, with a high temperature of 106° F. on July 13, the 2nd hottest July temperature ever recorded in Chicago (the worst being July 23, 1934, 110°).

About 750 people in Chicago died due to extreme heat.

Chicago summer temperatures tend to peak around 4 PM, so I'm going to use 4 PM on July 12, 1995 as the time to examine. The Moon was only a couple of hours into Capricorn.

The charts show freaky but not deadly IMO. The CapQ is an outright astrological disaster for the first day, then picks up Saturn a day or two into the event. Only t. Pluto conjunct CanQ Moon (which becomes a Bridge aspect) gives the final timing any dignity at all. However (that being said), the Bridge does time an event within a very short window (mostly because of the Cansolar's expiration).
