My life has changed significantly, recently, since August, roughly. I don’t want to say anymore.
What I need is help from you all in my SSR, or anything new in my natal chart that I’ve missed on this forum since I’ve last been on.

Right now, I want this years SSR and in particular, last summer and current autumn I’ve seen changes in myself. That’s all I’m saying right now

I think I didn't see our October 3 response (I was travelling most of October on three trips). And yes, as Flo said, I did ask for your location. Additionally, I'm still not clear about the question: I could spend an hour on this without actually addressing what you're looking for. Can you help me out with that?

Ok. Over the Spring I finally completed cut ties with and on/off girlfriend. 2016-2022( with about 1 accumulated year during this time frame, of being Off)

Anyways, I really said F@!k it to us. A mental change occurred that made me much more risky, sexual, taboo, fun(my Venus)

Your Solar Return looked like a fun enough year (even the negative foreground Mars-Neptune aspect can be fun) but doesn't show the extremes or particulars you describe. When I read your post, my first thought was that your solar arc directions were involved and your Venus-Uranus conjunction bad come to an angle or some such thing.

Well, I was close: There were two significant developments in your solar arcs. (Everything moves approximately 1° a year, and is strong for a year approaching and a year leaving - but tends to peak around the time it's exact).

Using June 1 as an approximate date, we find:

24°08' Sag - r Sun
24°55' Sag - d Venus

15°56' Sco - r Venus
16°25' Sco - d Pluto
17°07' Sco - r Uranus

You have transits that make sense for the time but aren't exactly on target, e.g., t Uranus opposite r Saturn (breaking up old stagnant thing) and a progressed Full Moon in recent months (changes especially in relationship matters, things going as far as they were going to go on their own). But these solar arc directions seem the main message. Directed Venus has spent over a year crossing your Sun while directed Pluto lands on your natal Venus-Uranus and, in the spring, was about halfway between them.

Because Venus is involved in both, this (the simple math of it) suggests a midpoint is involved. Because Venus reached your Sun as Pluto reached your Venus, you probably have a natal Venus = Sun/Pluto midpoint that the solar arcs unlocked. Sure enough, you have this midpoint contact within 0°09'. - The solar arc aspects are clear enough on their own, but the midpoint they activated give a bit more nuance.

I actually thought Venus-Uranus-Pluto was involved. Didn’t know it touched my Sun!
Saturn/Uranus having a big impact!
Mars-Neptune makes sense as to the dopamine driven feeling, like a drug driven sexual energy.

I’m not having a smooth, everything works out type of year, in relationships, but, it has been very much like a tough, gritty, passionate push for sexualness, love, being myself no matter what type of existence.
Like me or not type of existence. Not seeking approval but just going after it.

The cool thing is everyone seems to accept and respect my willingness and effort in that they know I’m being authentic.
It’s a confidence and authenticity thing.

I haven’t really been(or felt) rejected. I’ve noticed my perception of rejection has become so I don’t take others lack of equal feelings as a rejection. It’s more like I’m seeing the difference between facing fear and avoiding things I want.

But, I always have to watch the attachment that comes with it!
Attached to the idea and feeling of love. I’m not chasing after ideas or people. I just want a girlfriend. And no I haven’t got one. But, at least I’ve asked out more people this year than I can remember. And others seem genuinely on board yet there is still something missing that isn’t bringing me a stable, match
