Oklahoma's deadliest natural disaster was the Glazier-Higgins-Woodward tornadoes.

181 died, 980 injured. Damage over $10.5M. Though there were 8-12 tornadoes in the region that day, "Most of the damage and all the deaths are still blamed on one large F5 tornado, known as the Glazier-Higgins-Woodward Tornado, that traveled nearly 125 miles from Texas to Oklahoma." As an Oklahoma event, the worst impact was Woodward, where most of the town was devastated and 107 people died. In Woodward, "the tornado was two miles wide and destroyed 100 city blocks."
