Justice Antonin Scalia is dead.
Living in broadly Uranus-Pluto times (Capsolar & Caplunar etc.), today's CapQ has Neptunes square Ascendant for Washington. (Pluto and Uranus are in 65' square, both closely contacting Capsolar MC.) CanQ MC conjoins ingress Uranus.
This is a definite turning of a page in history.
Justice Scalia was born March 11, 1936, 8:55 PM, Trenton, NJ. He has (right this minute, since I don't know when he died):
t. Pluto -90- r. Mars +57'
t. Saturn -90- r. Saturn +06'
t. Sun -0- r. Venus +14'
t. Venus -180- r. Pluto -34'
His Demi-SLR (occurring almost exactly now) has Jupiter (opposite his Sun) and Pluto (square his Mars) on angles.
Two consequences of this are immediately obvious, aside from the death itself:
1. President Obama will have the opportunity to appoint a third Supreme Court judge, and the battle will be fierce.
2. Republicans will become even more impassioned to win in the fall to try and avoid letting a Democrat appoint even one more justice in the near future.

As part of the fundamental structural revolution going on, U.S. natal Sun and angles are in immediate focus:
21°31' Sagittarius t. Pluto
21°33' Gemini r. Sun
21°55' Virgo r. Asc
22°37' Pisces t. Uranus
23°11' Virgo r. Saturn

The Republican leaders, including Mitch McConnell, have already come out saying they will not allow a new justice to be appointed by President Obama.
The man isn't even cold.
I am disgusted.

His progressed demi-anlunar MC was at 270°12', return Saturn-Pluto midpoint was at 270°41, his progressed natal Moon-Saturn midpoint was at 270°37'.

Looking for a day when a nominee for the Supreme Court might be approved by the Senate I settled in Sep 18th but that is a Sunday so I backed up to the 16th. There is a lunar eclipse that day.
Comparing the transits to charts for the Supreme Court, President Obama, Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, the Sibly chart, and thinking the mood of the country seems to match what I think it was leading up to the Civil War I included the charts for the incident at Fort Sumpter (4:30 am, LMT, Apr 12, 1861, NS, Sumter, SC, not a battle by any stretch of the imagination – no casualties during the skirmish) and the First Battle of Bull Run (5:24:54 am, LMT, July 21, 1861, Manassas, VA, according to the U.S. War Department records – a real battle with more than 1,000 killed in action [counting both sides]. There are too many significant hits in those charts for me to take the time to list or annotate them.
I cannot imagine another civil war in this country so I cannot begin to write about what may occur other than to say that with every thought expressed by the Left being immediately and adamantly contested by the Right it will be extremely stressfull. On the day of the First Battle of Bull Run there was an Appulse Lunar Eclipse on the Sibly Pluto. This coming September 16th there is an Appulse Lunar Eclipse on the Sibly Neptune.
Then the stressful aspects on October 19th are in direct and negative relationship to the chart for the U.S. dollar (Aug 10, 1861, 8:42:07 am, LMT, relocated to New York, NY). Mars conjunct Pluto, Saturn on Sibly Asc (relocated to NY and the midpoints of all 3 on the Dollar’s NY IC and transit Neptune opposite the Dollar’s Saturn.
Just checked the Sep 1 eclipse with the DC Sibly chart. Eclipse on the Sibly chart zenith, eclipse Mars-Saturn midpoint rising.
Buckle up.
The First Battle of Bull Run was the first major engagement in what was a civil war between the Union and the Confederacy. It was after this battle that the civilian population believed there was a war. During the battle “scores of high-spirited civilians carried picnic baskets and champagne to the battlefield to watch what would turn out to be the first major land engagement of the Civil War.” (

Along with the other points aspected by the eclipse on Sep 16 (eclipse on CUD’s natal and/or progressed Uranus and across it’s Asc-Desc axis with transit Mars-Pluto midpoint on the decision’s Plutos) the eclipse Saturn-Pluto midpoint is on CUD’s MC. Should this prove to be the day the decision is revoked by SCOTUS it would mean that a justice had been appointed prior to the 16th.

“On Feb 1 in 1790, the Supreme Court was scheduled to meet for the first time in the Royal Exchange Building on New York’s Broad Street. Because three of the newly appointed justices couldn’t make it, the meeting was delayed until Feb. 2.”
“From the Record: U.S. Supreme Court first convened by ceremony, at 1:00 p.m. LAT, ( which makes it 13:14:14 hrs LMT) lower Broad Street, New York City. [Source: New York Law Review, March 1940.]”.
Charts located to the Supreme Court Building. SCOTUS MC 328°36′. Sep 16 eclipse Mars sets at 329°33′.
