Ow! That had to hurt. Neptune is 0°03' off the angle and Moon is connected to all three malefics PLUS natal factors. Here's a full breakdown.

For sure, Bill's scandal with Monica Lewinsky was meant to be timed with his 1998 SSR. Its these "outstanding incident" return charts which always blow me away relative to someone's immediate environments. This is why I want to experiment/test if pratially possible with other natives with a specialized solunars program designed to
only give dates with time frames for
only their "outstanding incident" return charts in life.

I still don't get the point of giving ONLY the date. Why not give everything?

Jim, I want to be able to have a simple date/time frame program on a flash disk to give to all of my friends, family, clients with simple instructions how to compute their dates/time frames for
only "outstanding incident" return charts. Then depending on their immediate environments---they can call me to discuss (its their choice), then I can "give everything" to them-- once I understand what is happening in their immediate environments, posting them on the forum with you and Mike's opinion as an option.
I also want to be able to give the flash disk free to complete strangers and academia people to see what kind of response I get. I want to experiment for I have much faith in your teachings about "outstanding incident" return charts. Then, depending on my testing/experimetation I may want to go further with the specialized program in various ways with you and Mike. Does this explanation help you for better understanding with how I want to experiment/test with people within my environment? All they have to do with their flash disk is enter their birth date/data; AA time of birth; and residing location; and then, a one year list of "outstanding incident" dates appears (if any).

Anything Mike can create at present will need to be installed on a Windows computer (Window 10 or later). You can give them the install files on the thumb drive, but they'll still need to copy them to their Windows computer and install them. You can give them simple step-by-step instructions (perhaos in a Notepad file on the flash drive) on how to set it up and calculate their returns.

I think so: Your interest is in getting them to call you and discuss ahead of the target date, not to have them actually be able to look at the charts or know what they're seeing.

Again, for the foreseeable future they will have to install it - much as you had to install TMSA on your laptop. No phone apps, no Apple computers, and no running straight off the drive.

Got it.

Exactly! I want to keep it as simple as possible with absolutely no astrological language of any kind, only your “outstanding incident” dates/time frames.

No problem here. Everyone (except strangers) I will be giving too knows/understanding where I am coming from with “outstanding incident” return charts. I have been working with em for over 20 years with these charts. And anyone who I may give in academia will certainly know how to load into their computer if desirable.

As a practice, you could NOW give one of them the TMSA installer file on a thumb drive and ask them to install it - to see what problems (if any) you run into.

I would rather have my own specialized solunars program Jim on a thumb drive which Mike programs. If Mike does not have time to work with me on this project, I will understand and possibly seek it from another source.
