As a first pointer, you are emphasizing all the wrong things. This also means that you missed the simplest, most direct information. - Among other considerations, houses are of limited importance at best, especially in predictive work where they are useless.

Since the transit for that day would conjunct my 12th house saturn and lilith, and the north node would be retrograding in my 9th house :")) )
Nothing conjoins your Saturn that day. (Ignore the houses. Ignore Lilith. Don't put so much importance on Moon's nodes. And besides, Moon's north node is in your 9th house for a whole year. You did miss that it is exactly conjunct your Mars, which MIGHT be meaningful.)
By pure transit, the longer-term factors seem to be saying that this is an important transition in your life when you will begin looking at and experiencing the world differently: Neptune exactly squares your Pluto while Uranus exactly squares your Neptune.
One of the most important part of test taking is preparing yourself - your energy, mental clarity, and state of mind - for the day of exam. Sun squares your Mars the day before, so there will be a tendency to push hard (either in work matters or pleasure indulgences) the day before and burn yourself out a bit. Make a point of being in the best, refreshed mental and physical state the day of examination.
Venus is on your Descendant the day of exam: This means you feel good about yourself. The day feels easy, perhaps even fun.
Your January 21 Sidereal Lunar Return (covering four weeks from that date) shows you confused, perhaps in some sort of altered state. Perhaps this means highly anxious and tending to withdraw within yourself (which could, of course, mean drugs, among other possibilities). Again, I emphasize having your body and mind in the best conditions. (The lunar return has transiting Neptune most closely angular exactly square your setting Pluto.)
The results of the exam would be posted in March 15, which is also the starting month of my nodal return so i know the result is gonna determine my career.
Everyone in the world has this transit at age 18-19 which, of course, is an important transition age for most people. It is not, however, anything special or distinctive to you individually.
The mind-realigning Neptune-Pluto and Uranus-Neptune transits are still within 1° March 15. These, of course, affect all of your classmates - everyone very close to your birth month. I am most worried about transiting Saturn crossing one of your angles about that time: It will be in the middle of a few weeks of struggle and difficulty - perhaps including bad news.
The best indication, though, will be your lunar returns. Whereas your transits show bad news and difficulties, your lunar returns are unusually happy! For the location you gave, your February 17 lunar return (a four-week chart) has transiting Venus very closely angular. It isn't a perfect chart, since Venus is with Neptune on the angles and both aspect your Pluto (which is exactly angular), so these four weeks probably will have a significant change in one or more important relationships; but the overall tone is happy if a bit private.
More directly affecting March 15 is your demi-lunar return covering the two weeks beginning Marh 3. This chart is even happier. Your natal Venus is also angular, with positive effects from transiting Venus and Jupiter. You are likely to be unusually social and feel like celebrating with the strong Venus-Jupiter conjunction plus emphasis on your natal Moon-Venus conjunction.
So, regarding the test, we have to mix these very positive lunar returns with the heavy, "bad news" Saturn transit. The overall tone is positive and upbeat, so I think you do well enough that you feel like celebrating. Saturn either means that you don't do as well as you hoped, or other events at the same time are putting a dark cloud on these weeks. (It does look like a relationship separation during these weeks. Would good results on the test mean that you soon move somewhere else and leave friends and loved ones behind?)
f you get the results a day or two late, then the news isn't as good. The March 17 lunar return has transiting Saturn angular and square your Sun. You are ready for a change to move and get freedom (natal Sun and Uranus), but things hold you back or disappoint you. It is a sharp contrast to the month before. The four weeks beginning March 17 (that you may start feeling by March 16) are not particularly happy and especially have you feeling constrained, limited, without freedom.
In any case, good luck to you on your tests!
