...I have three prospects for this year 1) Study for a bank examination in late April and become a banker 2) Study for a government examination in the second half of the year and become a government worker 3) Focus all my attention to start working with the internet and maybe start my own business online as well... my biggest dream [is] to travel the world.
While awaiting clarification, which will allow me to look at timing, I can look at the more general question of what suits your nature. (I'm confident your birth coordinates are close enough for that purpose.)
First, your goal of travel fits your chart. Your strongest planet by angularity is Uranus, which means that that you love things that are new and changing. That is, your needs for
freedom and ongoing
renewal and
refreshment are among your most powerful needs. Other indications are consistent with enjoying changing scenes and constantly learning new things, engaging new people, and generally exploring. You get bored unless you have diversity in your experience, frequently changing scenes and the ability to frequently change your interests or curiosities. (By the way, my ex-wife, with whom I've remained friends for decades, is a Libra-Gemini like you and has spent most of the last 40 years on the road a significant amount of time. She and her current husband now live in a hot region and spend the five or six hottest months of every year in an RV wandering through different parts of the country. So this kind of traveling life isn't at odds with Libra's love of home comforts.)
However, Uranus needs are not your very strongest. (They are nearly the strongest with Uranus closely on IC.) Even stronger - and somewhat at odds with or competing with your freedom and adventure needs - is Saturn. Your Moon closely conjoins Saturn (less than 1° when measured mundanely). Saturn also is a primary planet describing your Libra Sun. (It also trines your Sun.) While I would put your Uranus strength at 98% maximum potency, I'd place your Saturn at 99% - just a tiny bit stronger.
Saturn needs are the needs for survival and security. (We might say that Saturn represents
material needs, but this especially means the needs to keep yourself physically sound and surviving! Saturn's security needs fight with Uranus' needs to cut loose, get out, and discover the future when you get to it rather than planning for it all your life. You need to find a way to meet both of these sets of needs - to let every part of you have a strong voice.
What I think this means is that you aren't as suited to the government job as to other options you mentioned. At least in the U.S., such government jobs require you, first of all, to be well-behaved and controlled. While you are surely a respectful, generally well-behaved person, you have strong needs to cut loose sometimes, think outside the box, be inventive, or just take off in a new direction. Presuming Brasilian government service resembles that in other places, you would feel very psychologically cramped and unhappy unless you got a job with much freedom (which I don't think would happen very soon).
Banking is another matter. Banking is regimented - there are strong rules and guidelines - but you can handle this sort of thing because it still has more flexibility on how to do your job and where you can take your skills. It probably also has a social aspect that works well with your Libra-Gemini temperament.
Many things in your chart speak well with financial matters. For example, while Moon conjunct Saturn can be a difficult aspect, it's good for banking. Moon aspects both Saturn and Jupiter. Libra Sun has some special suitability for financial management. Your curiosity and ability to handle numbers and details and strategies (Gemini Moon, Virgo Mars) seem suited. And, while we don't emphasize houses much, your Moon EXACTLY on the 8th cusp ("other people's money") is one more factor suggesting that this fits. - I would say that unless your Uranus gets way out of control (one can't
entirely ignore the strong regulations and regimentation in banking), and as long as you have outside interests and the chance to do something creative, this would fit your temperament well.
As for internet entrepreneurial directions - if you can do it, do it. However, in the same way that government work likely would suppress your need for freedom and change, starting NOW as an internet entrepreneur would seem to ignore your need for solid security. (I'm playing the odds here: Most people don't start out being immediately or significantly successful. However - I repeat - if you find you can do it, then go for it! You will be voting for adventure at the
possible cost of security. Your exact Jupiter-Pluto trine just might make it work.)
That's just analyzing your chart by your birth potential - your character. Vocational astrology primarily seeks to match your character with a life activity.
