It looks solid, including a photograph of the relevant parts of the birth certificate. The only possible complaint seems to be something that could be complained about most birth certificate: It was signed two days later.

BIRTH: Moon is in Pisces, not Aquarius, with its closest aspects being octile to Mercury (43'), trine to Jupiter, square to Uranus (the latter probably giving the Aquarius feel). Mercury 0°03' from WP-a, Venus 1°05' from WP, Mars 1°55' from IC, Pluto 3°01' from IC.
