Judge halts BART strike

Here is a great example of a local event - something of minor significance in the national or world scope, but of great importance to the locale.
San Francisco has the pending thread of a strike by Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) employees. Yesterday, at the request of Gov. Brown, a judge ordered a 60-day cooling off period.
First, the threat of the strike: The Canlunar August 4 (which, until a couple of hours ago, was the Chart of the Week) for San Francisco has:
-- Saturn 0°52' above the Descendant
-- Moon 3°05' west of the IC
-- Mercury 4°46' west of the IC
-- Moon-Mercury conjunction 0°01' (ecliptic)
-- Moon-Saturn square 2°13' (mundane)
-- Mercury-Saturn square 3°54' (mundane)
The ONE MINUTE Moon-Mercury theme, and their shared angularity, clearly shows a transportation theme. The Mercury-Saturn and Moon-Saturn alludes to the strike directly, including the lunar element of alluding to the interconnecting web that binds together the masses themselves in the region. It's a great example chart!
(The Cansolar had helped set it up: Saturn on the Westpoint for SF.)
This came even more to a head yesterday from the exact Mercury-Saturn square in space. It was a day we could expect the wheels to stop turning and traffic, in general, come to a halt.
The CapQ at least shows that people in the region would be happy: Venus was half a degree from the CapQ WP when the order came down.
In case anyone missed the message, the CanQ repeated it: Cansolar Venus was about 1° from the quotidian IC.
